Spiritual direction is a spiritual discipline in which one Christian listens to another Christian on a regular basis in order to develop a deeper awareness of the love of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit. It is a practice of faith that aims to increase intimacy with God and formation of Christ-likeness in cooperation with the Holy Spirit. Openness to God and trust in God’s desire to communicate are foundational to this practice. A spiritual director provides companionship in this sacred work of prayer.

Expand your understanding of yourself in light of God’s love. You might become free to release all that is not truly you and embrace the wonder of who God has made you.
Grow in Christ-likeness as you respond to God’s invitations to love and serve others. You might become clearer and more courageous in the whole of your life.
